Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for PDFHandle paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed in advance in USD through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that charge. Email [email protected] from your account email and we will refund it in full.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Renewals and partial periods
Renewal charges after the first payment are generally non-refundable, and we do not refund partial billing periods, except where required by law. If you forgot to cancel and have not used the Service in the new period, contact us — we review these case by case.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you were charged in error or charged twice, we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
Free plan
The free plan is free; there is nothing to refund.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email and, if possible, the invoice number. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
